Summit Structure

Book Calls and Close Clients is a recorded audio summit, with content being actively pushed to participants April 1-30, 2026.

Speakers will record a 15 minute audio talk (minimum 10 minutes) on their topic, which will be available to participants during the entire period and actively pushed on a particular day (after promotional requirements are met)

The event will be gamified, giving participants rewards for engaging with more of the content.

Among the gamification rewards as well as VIP bonuses will be live events with the speakers, and these are a great opporunity for you to connect with participants.

Concept

Once you have clarity on your offer and audience, you have the car. Now it's time to put fuel in the tank and get on the road.

Book Calls and Close Clients is about that activity: getting leads, engaging those leads, and turning those leads into paying, exciting clients.

Content

The theme of the summit is Book Calls and Close Clients, all about leads, engagement, and conversion.

The content can be anything that applies to leads, engagement, and conversion, and a bit about offers fits in too.

Your talk should be high value, teaching one to three valuable, actionable tips. A talk which is clearly holding back the good stuff to entice people into your offer will be rejected. No direct offers can be made, but you can spend 30 seconds of your talk discussing your free offer (and VIP offer if you like) to encourage people to take advantage of it.

We provide value first, and in doing so, we create a desire in the listener to engage further with us.

Delivery

The summit will be delivered in audio format, available to participants through the dashboard throughout the summit period.

Every day of the summit period, participants will receive an email spotlighting between 1 and 3 talks with direct links to that content to listen to.

Speaker Meetings:
Thursday, March 12th at 3 PM Eastern
Friday, March 27th at 12 PM Eastern

Speaker Acceptance and Requirements

If your application is submitted and compete before March 25th, 2026, you can assume that you are accepted, and do not need to wait for confirmation, but that is only the beginning.

That means that you should block off the speaker meetings and participant meetups as soon as you apply. You can also start recording your content.

To be included in the content line up, you must provide a high quality recording on MP3, the message of which delivers value to the audience, not just a pitch. (If your recording is not up to our standards, you will be informed so you may re-record)

To be highlighted in the email reminders, you must promote to bring no less than 10 opt-ins.
If you bring at least 25, you will be promoted multiple times.
If you bring at least 40, you will be directly promoted to the entire summit list in a solo email.

If you fail to promote, your talk will remain in the general content of the summit, but it will not be directly highlighted.
